Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — Flat rate or free over $50
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — Available at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — Available at checkout for eligible addresses
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
Shipping Carriers We ship using a mix of carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at chai.poa.duka@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
